In 2006 I started at erf24 as a lateral entry employee and after just a year I was able to qualify as a deputy team leader. As part of our training and development programme I was trained specifically for my present job, which is particularly varied and interesting.
In addition, I am part of the team forum and our health team for the needs and wellbeing of our employees.
